Out of all the places In Amalfi. We enjoyed Maiori best. We stayed on the bottom floor of the apartment. There where no other guest. We did the welcome meal. Highly recommend! We ate this for breakfast for 5-6 days. It’s really important to read the other reviews and pack light! 338 steps is real. You will be tired and not want to bring things up and down. When your down, you stay down till the evening. When your travels are done. There are videos on U tube of the walk up. Is it worth it? Yes! Because you get to see the most beautiful view! Lemons trees, basil, rosemary, lavender, grapevines are growing right in front of you. It’s amazing! Only thing I had trouble with is the shower. It’s small and the head was broke, but got the job done. The second floor had a much better shower with awesome water pressure! We still prefer the bottom floor with the easy access to the porch with a view. If you forget anything? They have a cash bar with everything you can think of. Razors, toothpaste, toothbrush, detergent for the Laundry, food, etc.. Communication was perfect! No problems. We hope to return.
