Where to begin!!! First I want to thank Antonella, Delio, Carmen, and friend Angelo! Casele Della nonna is a beautiful home but made more beautiful by the family who run it. Antonella and family went above and beyond to help, greet, and advise for our stay which made our time unforgettable. Antonella and Carmen made arrival and all needs seamless with their exceptional responsiveness and suggestions and this went beyond just arrival. During our stay at anytime we had a question they were able to guide!! We were welcomed by Carmen and Delio with a wonderful lunch including caprese salad affumicato, house made white wine with peaches, and a Pomodoro sauce that could make you cry it was so good. As you may have read there are many steps(338) to the house but for me this was not a big deal and justified all the good food we indulged in. From the foot of the steps it's about a 10 minute walk to the beach or town center. And their is plenty to do or not do (beach hopping was so fun). The Amalfi coast is packed with excursions for any traveler. above the house is a castle or fortress and quite a good excerise but amazing. All in all our experience was exceptional as was the professionalism and kindness of our hosts!!! I never wanted to leave.
