We had such a wonderful stay at Casale della Nonna! Antonella went above and beyond to make our arrival as smooth as possible, organising a taxi and porter to take our bags while we had dinner in Maiori - much appreciated after a long day of travel and walking in Pompei - and took care of everything during our stay. Delio prepared us a welcome basket. His pasta sauce is delicious! We didn't get to meet Antonella but Delio was close by and looked after us very well. I was 22 wks pregnant and although the stairs were a bit tough, we took them slow and they were definitely worth it. The view is sublime! It is also lovely and quiet with a feeling of being on top of the world. The only thing I wish is that we could stay longer! We were very sad to say goodbye to this very special and beautiful little place. Maiori was a lovely place to base ourselves on the Amalfi coast. Easy ferry or bus to other spots in the area without being too busy with tourists. Still has a local feel which we loved. And the beach is huge and divine to swim in. Perfetto. Thank you so much Antonella and Delio for making our honey/baby moon so memorable!
